How to choose the right Trademark class (with examples)
The NICE classification has 45 classes. Picking the right one — or combination — determines the strength of your protection.

India follows the NICE classification — 34 product classes and 11 service classes.
If you sell sneakers, file in class 25. If you run a food delivery app, you may need 39 (delivery), 43 (food preparation) and 9 (mobile app). Each class costs ₹4,500 (individual/MSME) or ₹9,000 (others).
