Services We provide professional services in the area of company registration, taxation, intellectual property and legal documents. Services are delivered by qualified Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and advocates empanelled with The Vyapaar. ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. ## 3. Fees Professional fees are quoted upfront. Government fees, stamp duties and third-party charges are passed through at cost. ## 4. Refund Please refer to our Refund Policy. ## 5. Limitation of Liability The Vyapaar's aggregate liability shall not exceed the professional fee paid for the specific service. ## 6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram.
